Top Priorities
My goals are rooted in common-sense solutions and a deep love for our community. I'll focus on practical steps that strengthen our families, support our workers, and create real opportunities for our future.

Fiscal Responsibility
We deserve a budget that is stable, sustainable, and built for the long term– not one that leaves our district stretched thin while the state grows more dependent on federal assistance. Families here expect common sense solutions, not short-term fixes that create long-term problems.
We need to focus on smart investments that strengthen District 68: cutting waste, supporting good-paying local jobs, and building reliable revenue streams that help our county and state thrive. Lowering inflation and making everyday life more affordable must be a priority. Families are struggling, not just with the cost of living– but with the cost of time. We need better solutions to support families and create better work-life balance for all.
With disciplined, future-focused leadership, we can reduce the deficit, protect essential services our district relies on, and build a stronger financial foundation for the next generation, without asking more of our hard-working families.

Education
Education is vital to our community. Universal preschool is the first step in improving our educational infrastructure. It's one of the most powerful investments we can make in Kentucky’s future, as it gives every child —regardless of income— a strong start to their education. It eases the financial burden on working families, supports early childhood development, and provides mothers, in particular, with the stability and flexibility they need to participate fully in the workforce. To go along with this, universal free lunch for K–12 students ensures that no child has to struggle with hunger at school and gives parents some relief in these tough financial times. No child deserves to go hungry, and every child deserves the same opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
Healthcare for ALL
Kynect Kentucky
Health care should be accessible, affordable, and reliable for every Kentuckian- no matter their income, age, or (dis)ability. Families are struggling with rising premiums, surprise bills, and limited access to providers. The cost of medicine is skyrocketing. We need a system that puts patients first by strengthening primary care, protecting rural hospitals, reducing costs at the pharmacy, supporting mental health services, supporting dental/vision care, raising pay for providers (especially in rural communities and areas in-need) and lowering out-of-pocket costs. Health care for all means practical, responsible solutions that expand access, improve outcomes, and respect the dignity of every family, because no one should have to choose between their health and their household budget. Healthcare is a human right. Our kids deserve the BEST access to the care they need. Our aging Kentuckians worked and contributed for their entire lives, and now face the burden of unaffordable and attainable healthcare. Let's create a better system, to support our people.
